We are a Family Owned HVAC Business of 40+ years. We specialize in furnaces, air conditioners, hydronic boilers, radiant heat and snowmelt. It was founded by Vic Frankiewicz in 1984. We have been in business for over 40+ years! Vic attended Washburne Trade School in Chicago, Illinois. He Worked in the City of Chicago at Corner Heating for a few years, and then decided to buy the building and the business from the owners. After running a successful business he decided to open up another business in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago. That is how V & L Heating/Cooling got started.

Andrew is your go to hvac contractor for trouble shooting and install of your furnace and ac. Every time I call I have gotten a very quick response back and he is quick to get out and get me an estimate. Upon signing contract he was out doing the work a few days later and everything works great. Highly recommend!!
It was very hot and our AC went out. I called various people and most people never even called me back. They were responsive, quick and even called and moved up my appointment when someone cancelled. They were professional and understanding. I greatly appreciated the help and I was glad to support my local community businesses!
Great response time for repair we needed. Great quality and prices. All that we dealt with were friendly and professional. Had us check a few things before coming out so not to waste money if actual repair wasn’t needed. We will definitely do business with them in the future.
